TMR Bathrooms is a locally owned and operated bathroom renovation business based in Rosetta, servicing all Greater Hobart suburbs including Glenorchy, Hobart, Clarence, Kingborough, Derwent Valley and Sorell.

Tom Riggs founded TMR Bathrooms in 2022, bringing over 15 years experience as a licensed builder across Greater Hobart. Tom’s background spans new home builds, renovations and construction projects of all sizes — giving him a depth of technical knowledge that goes well beyond most bathroom specialists. Having dedicated his recent years exclusively to bathroom renovations, Tom combines that broad building expertise with a specialist eye for detail, finishes and design that only comes from focused, hands-on experience.

Every renovation TMR Bathrooms completes is fully project managed by Tom from first call to final handover. We coordinate all required trades including plumbing and electrical, working with our trusted network of local subcontractors — True South Plumbing, AV Electrical and Electric Jon — or with your preferred trades if you have them.

We are fully licensed and insured, and every bathroom renovation we complete is backed by a 10-year warranty. We take pride in honest communication, realistic timelines and quality workmanship that stands up long after the job is done.
